I started a GSA (Gay Straight Alliance) Club in my school recently. I went through all the right channels, too, so it's completely legit. We hung up posters after school a couple posters and the next morning, 8 and 1/2 were left out of ten. By the end of the day, three were still up. So what did we do? We hung up twenty more the very next day (which was yesterday). Now today, as I was walking through the halls after school with a bi friend, and a straight friend, I saw some writing on one of the posters that was up. What I just can't understand is why people only think about who you have -sex- with when you tell they you are a lesbian. Ever since I was about 10, I knew I was different. At 13, I began distancing myself from my family. Now, at 17, I hardly talk with my parents although I live in the same house as them. My mother knows I'm gay and she thinks I'm mentally ill.
